Comigant Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Comigant! We aim to ensure you are pleased with your purchase. Please review our policy below for returns and exchanges:

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
  • Returns: You can return most items within 3 days of the delivery date.

- To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

- If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund or exchange.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date, subject to item availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Abayas: Returns and exchanges are not accepted for abayas.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • gift items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • items damaged by the costumer use cannot be exchanged or returned
  • gift cards are not entitled for refunding.
  1. Return and Exchange Procedure
  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@comigant.com to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your order number, proof of purchase and reason for the return or exchange.

This process takes up to 5-7 working days.

  • Step 2: We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions for returning the item.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all original tags and accessories.
  1. Return and Exchange Charges
  • Return and Exchange Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges. These costs will be deducted from your store credit if applicable.

 

  • Store Credit: Once your return is processed, store credit for the returned item(s) will be issued (excluding delivery charges).

This credit can be used within 4 months for future purchases at Comigant.

in case of not using the credit note for more than 4 months it will be cancelled.

 

  1. Defective or Damaged Items 
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
  1. Alteration

We provide alteration service for orders inside UAE with charge of 75 AED.
